FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Setup, data connections, and how Lucovi works. For anything else, contact us.
Getting started
What is required to set up a development?
Its pro forma. Lucovi maps it into a standard structure, and the mapping is confirmed before it becomes the project’s baseline.
Who confirms the mapping?
You do. Nothing becomes part of the baseline until the mapping is reviewed and approved.
Can I see Lucovi before signing up?
Yes. Book a demo and our team will walk you through it.
Data and connections
Which systems does Lucovi connect to?
Bank accounts through Plaid, QuickBooks, Procore, and Yardi.
Where do the figures come from?
Connected bank, accounting, and construction systems. Once the baseline is approved, actuals update against it automatically.
Are actuals reported on a cash or accrual basis?
Accrual. Actuals reflect costs incurred, not cash paid. Budget reflects the current revised budget.
Can I see the detail behind a figure?
Yes. Any figure traces to its underlying transactions.
Using Lucovi
Are developments comparable with one another?
Yes. Every pro forma is mapped into the same structure, so metrics are calculated the same way for every development.
How are change orders handled?
Lucovi maps each submitted change order to the affected budget lines. Once the mapping is confirmed, it is applied as an approved revision.
Can the layout be changed?
Yes. Metrics and panels can be added, removed, reordered, or collapsed. The underlying figures do not change.
